If you're having trouble getting connected, check that:
- Your ATA is plugged into your router with an ethernet cable
- Your fax machine is connected to the ATA's phone port (usually labeled "Phone 1" or "FXS")
- You've entered the SIP credentials exactly as shown (no extra spaces)
- Your fax machine is turned on and set to auto-answer
